ABC 6 "On Your Side" Job Boot Camps are being held Wednesday July 21st, and Thursday October 21st from 11:00am-4:00pm at Veterans Memorial. ABC 6 is "On Your Side" with a Job Fair, and a Boot Camp preparing people to get that new job. How to create a resume, craft an eye-catching cover letter, develop interviewing skills, how to network and organize a job search, how to change careers, and how to use a staffing service are all topics that we will be discussing in the boot camp sessions. ABC 6 and Fox 28 are bringing together top employers and top talent to one place at one time.

Registration Line:
Viewers will be directed into two lines at the ABC 6 "On Your Side" Job Boot Camp. One line will be for viewers that wish to attend the Boot Camp sessions and the second line will be for viewers interested in just talking with featured employers. There will be signs displayed outside of Vets as well as ABC 6 staff their to direct you into the proper line.

Job Boot Camp:
Experts will walk you through each of the sessions so you will have the advantage in getting your next job. Companies will be on hand with open positions and will be interviewing on the spot. This is a difficult economy and job market, but ABC 6 "On Your Side" is here to walk with you on your journey to success.

Admission to the Job Fair/ Boot Camp is free, as is parking.

Parking - The 950 adjacent, on-site spaces provide ample off-street parking in a well lighted lot. Entrance to the exhibition halls and auditorium are just a few short steps away. All parking is free day of the event.

Directions to Veterans Memorial from 1-70 and 1-71

HEADING SOUTH: Take 1-71 south to the Broad St. exit and turn right. Continue approximately 1.4 miles and cross the Scioto River. Veterans Memorial will be on your right.

HEADING NORTH: Take 1-71 north to the Broad St. exit and turn left. Continue approximately 1.4 miles and cross the Scioto River. Veterans Memorial will be on your right.

HEADING WEST: Take 1-70 west to 1-71 north. Take the Broad St. exit and turn left. Continue approximately 1.4 miles and cross the Scioto River. Veterans Memorial will be on your right.

HEADING EAST: Take 1-70 east to the Broad St. exit and turn left. Go approximately 2 miles and Veterans Memorial will be on your left.
