Report A Pothole In Columbus
- Post the pothole location to the Report Columbus Potholes Facebook page.
- Tweet the pothole location to @Rpt_CbusPothole at Twitter.
- Call the City of Columbus Call Center at 311.
Report A Pothole On Ohio Roadway
- To report a pothole on roadways that are maintained by the Ohio Dept. of Transportation, please call 1-800-372-7714.
- Also, use ODOT's online form to report a pothole on an Ohio roadway.
Report Car Damage From Pothole
- First you have to complain about the pothole.
- If you're driving on a Columbus city street, or on State Routes 315, 33 or 104, call the city's 311 hotline. If you're on a highway, contact the Ohio Department of Transportation.
- If the potholes are identified, but not repaired in a reasonable amount of time, those agencies may be liable.
